Are you the next WABC Club Professional?

We are seeking a passionate Bridge Club Professional to join our team. This position can be filled by one or more people. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering our learning and development program and actively participating in club activities. There is flexibility to deliver your own program content or use pre-prepared materials. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering a positive club environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach bridge to players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced.

  • Organize and conduct regular classes, practice sessions, and bridge workshops.

  • Foster a supportive and friendly learning environment.

  • Participate in club activities.

  • Promote the learning program.

  • Manage the scheduling of classes and keep a record of participant details.

Work Capabilities:

  • A solid understanding of bridge, including advanced strategies and rules.

  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate  complex strategies clearly.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

  • Ability to deliver effective and engaging lessons.

  • Previous experience in a similar role or related field is  preferred.
